OUR MANDATE

Corporate Services is mandated to be responsible for the overall administration of the institution, its assets and to render secretariat services to the Board, Management and Staff.

SUB-SECTION

ADMINISTRATION

• To provide the Agency with facility management including ensuring the cleanliness of the building and implementing security measures.
• Managing all the records for the Agency
• Monitoring and evaluating the accomplishment of certain projects within the Agency
• Ensuring proper maintenance of the Agency’s fleet

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

• Overseeing organizational staff recruitment and induction
• Ensuring the implementation of performance management system, training and development interventions in the organisation

GOVERNANCE

• Ensuring uThukela Economic Development Agency comply with policies and reporting requirements.
• Provide secretarial support to the board of directors and its sub committees

ICT

• To offer timely and efficient technical support to end –users of the Agency.
• uThukela Economic Development Agency Website development and management
